Position: IF Tour Team Member (Administrative Assistant)
Designation: Temporary Full-Time
Supervisor: Chris Hopkins
Position Overview
Incurable Fanatics Tour Team members will conduct a nationwide screening tour of Nefarious: Merchant of Souls 11 March – 31 May with training from 16 January – 11 March. The IF Tour will be conducted throughout North America and will include screening the film at churches, college campuses and theaters. The IF Tour Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day clerical duties of the tour team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- All applicants must have completed a qualifying internship at the International House of Prayer, Kansas City Missions Base.
- All applicants must be staff eligible at IHOP-KC.
- All incumbents must complete the Exodus Cry Tour Training Program.
License
- Must posses a valid drivers license.
Experience
- One year of experience as an administrative assistant, office manager or other relevant field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform basic clerical duties.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Position Overview

The IF Tour Team Co-Leader will aid the Team Leader in managing all aspects of the tour. The Co-Leader will be responsible for financial aspects of the tour to include: budgeting, bank deposits, retail operations and processing of donations.

The Media Technician will be responsible for insuring that all audio/video equipment is working at each venue and recording video/still images. The Medial Tech. will work closely with the Exodus Cry marketing team to update social media in regards to screenings.

Position: Director of Reform
Designation: Full-Time

Position Overview
Director of Reform will develop and implement Exodus Cry’s legislative and public policy initiatives, focusing in particular on state-level and federal policy changes necessary to see the ending of human trafficking. Ongoing research in legislative trends and current affairs in the policy area required. Director of Reform will draft regular organizational policy briefs, as well as communicate and collaborate with peer advocacy organizations when possible to leverage influence. Moderate travel required, as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor of Arts required. JD preferred. Preference given to extensive coursework or major in political science, public policy/administration, or a similar social science.
License
- None
Experience
- Minimum collective five years of experience in government advocacy, legal, or lobby work.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal-level legislative activity required, as well as understanding of prostitution and human trafficking from a policy perspective.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure environments with a variety of government and nonprofit officials.

Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the recruitment and orientation of new staff as well as the career development of current staff. The HR Manager will work with the CEO and COO to identify the personnel needs of the organization and develop a comprehensive plan to meet those demands. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting new employees and bringing them into the unique culture and dynamics of the abolitionist lifestyle. By creating a culture of excellence and care for our staff they will ensure the development and retention of key talent.
Responsibilities to include:
- Plan, organize, and supervise all activities of Human Resources department. Ensure goals of the department are consistent with strategic goals of the organization.
- Supervise and conduct recruitment efforts for all open positions; conduct new-employee orientation and oversee the on-boarding of new staff to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain Exodus Cry’s organization chart.
- Facilitate all staff interaction with IHOP-KC including admittance of incoming staff into Intro to IHOP, manage time-off requests and sacred trust schedules for Exodus Cry staff.
- Help staff, supervisors, and department heads to settle work-related conflicts through advice, mediation, and recommendation
- Effectively recommend hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary and commendatory actions of all staff. Effectively write all disciplinary documentation and advise supervising staff on the implementation of performance management issues.
- Organize quarterly team building activities for staff and yearly staff retreats.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Related Field.
License
- PHR certification preferable
Experience
- 2-3 years experience in human resources management.

- A mature relationship and faith in Jesus Christ
- Have completed an IHOP-KC internship and be eligible for full-time staff designation
